Blue Lagoon offers sizable floor plans with some excellent features. The living area is open and receives nice natural lighting, and many of the units are built against a hill so that even though the living area is on the second level, you still have a small enclosed backyard. Other units will have a front deck are that enjoy excellent ocean views, and many units have been upgraded with modern appliances and features. Private is excellent due to this being a gated community, and residents have access to a club room, multiple pools, and tennis courts.
