One of the first developments built in Laguna Beach, Three Arch Bay is a large guard-gated community that is built on both sides of PCH. The homes in Upper Three Arch tend to be cheaper because they are further from the beach, but the views from up here can be absolutely stunning, and the beach is just across PCH. The brand new Strand development of Dana Point is not far from Three Arch Bay, as is the glitzy Ritz Carlton and St. Regis resorts; all of these nearby luxury developments only add to the value of Three Arch Bay real estate. A couple of nice shopping centers are nearby, and residents have access to community amenities such as a children’s play area and tennis courts.
